The department of Electrical Engineering offers the basic courses in electrical machines, power electronics and power systems. Special subjects like CAD of electrical apparatus, power electronics instrumentation, EHV transmission, fuzzy and neural networks, micro controller based design etc. are given as electives. Regular practical training is provided during the lab sessions. Well-qualified and experienced faculty is an asset to the department.
