We, all know that the knowledge in the technical area is very very essential for all the people who are associated with the Industries /Technical Institute. Actually technical skills have the ability to compete in the industrial environment and it have the ability to enhance the employment probability. We assure all the students to acquire appropriate knowledge and skills from the learned faculties of our institute which will be effective for the development in the industrial area/technical area of our country. We at kanad institute of engineering and Management, which come into existence in 2008, have dedicated ourselves to this global Educational area. With the able guidance and support from our board of trustee, WBUT , AICTE and the goodwill of one and all, I am confident that we shall reach newer heights of glory.

Highlights of Teaching-Learning Process.

• Classrooms are equipped with teaching aids like OHPs, LCD projectors, PA systems etc.
• Members of faculty are available beyond class hours for clarification of doubts, problem solving sessions and remedial classes.
• Student Seminars are organized in each department to improve their innovative faculty and presentation skills.
• Seminar/Workshops on recent developments in technology & management are frequently organized with speakers from academia and industry.
• Students from all private engineering college are also encouraged to participate in various quiz programmers and summer courses on latest technology, organized by the Institute.
• Collaborations are place with various industrial houses to strengthen Industry-Institute Conglomeration for providing in-campus and off-campus summer/winter training to students.
• Periodic meetings between students & trustees, teachers & parents/guardians are held to get feedback regarding teaching and learning in the Institute.
• Unique pedagogical principles are continuously followed throughout the teaching-learning process.
